No account. No advertising. No Recovr health-data server. Recovr is designed to read Apple Health data and compute results on your Apple devices.

Data Recovr accesses

With your permission, the iPhone and Apple Watch apps read relevant Apple Health sleep, heart-rate, respiratory, temperature, activity, exercise, and workout information. Missing or denied data is treated as unavailable, not as zero. Release builds do not write health samples.

Data stored on your devices

Recovr stores derived daily scores, sleep details, check-ins, preferences, and a compact widget and watch snapshot locally. The phone and watch may exchange that compact snapshot using Apple's WatchConnectivity services. Apple Health and normal app data may also participate in Apple-managed sync or backup according to your device and iCloud settings.

Data collection and sharing

Synapse Labs does not receive Health data, derived scores, check-ins, or app preferences from the current Recovr app. The app has no Recovr account, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, remote inference service, or Recovr-controlled backend. A local JSON export leaves the app only when you deliberately choose a destination in Apple's share sheet.

Your controls

Revoke Health and notification access in Apple system settings.
Delete synthetic Health samples written by debug simulator builds.
Delete exported copies from the destination where you shared them.
Delete the app to remove its normal local container, subject to Apple backup, App Group, paired-watch, and restore behavior.

The current app does not yet provide one control that erases every local Recovr store, App Group value, watch copy, Apple backup, and exported file. This limitation must be resolved or clearly retained before public release.

Children, health guidance, and changes

Recovr provides informational wellness guidance, not medical diagnosis. Any future account, analytics, cloud sync, research upload, remote AI, or other off-device processing will require a new privacy design, informed user choice, updated disclosures, and an updated App Store privacy answer before it begins.
