Recovr is informational wellness software. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, or emergency service. Seek qualified medical help for health concerns and use local emergency services when needed.

Before reporting a problem

Confirm the iPhone and Apple Watch use supported current software.
Confirm Health and notification permissions in Apple system settings.
Open the iPhone app and refresh before checking widgets or the Watch.
Record the Recovr version and build shown in Settings.

Contact

Contact Synapse Labs and include the app version, build number, device model, OS version, and a concise description of what happened. Do not attach an Apple Health export, Recovr JSON export, screenshots containing health details, signing keys, provisioning profiles, or other sensitive data to an ordinary message.
